Living a healthier life with chronic pain workshop for those with chronic health issues and their loved ones. In these fun, interactive workshops you will find ideas to help you to deal with the curves life throws at you, start gentle exercise, eat well, communicate effectively, do the things you want to do again…in short, LIVE YOUR LIFE.
