Tai Chi for Health

FreeNancy Schaefer, Health Coach, Community Health Team, Tai Chi for Arthritis Instructor teaches this meditative martial art of Tai Chi, which features slow, gentle movements and deep breathing. Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that in addition to its ancient origins, there’s modern-day evidence that it can help you stay healthy, especially when it comes to caring for your joints, building strength and improving balance. This class is designed for all abilities and, if needed, students can participate seated in a chair.
