Yin Yang Not just Yoga

$100Cost: Ten classes $100 ($80/BMH employees), two scholarships available
Become balanced, flexible and strong! This series blends various styles of yoga with traditional and effective exercise modalities. Individual anatomical and structural differences are honored with poses/exercises being adapted to each person’s physical make up/limitations. When appropriate, hand weights, gymnastic balls and chairs are incorporated into the workout. Building core strength, relaxation and safety are the main principles of yin yang yoga.
