Yoga in Chairs

If it is difficult for you to exercise on the ground, consider incorporating physical activity while seated in chairs. We also stand and have the chair available to hold onto if needed. These classes provide an excellent workout that includes joint freeing, range of motion, sun/moon salutations, and breath and relaxation segments. We often use weights, stretch bands and other (provided). We meet on Wednesdays from 3:30 pm to 4:30pm at Red Clover Commons/Community Room (behind Walgreens).
