You can find the Cerner Patient Portal app by visiting the App Store on your device and search for HealtheLife. On the app, you’ll be able to:

Can I connect my health information to my iPhone’s Health app?
Yes, you can connect your health information, however you are limited to:
- View health data from participating hospital networks
- View Lab results and current health data

What if I forgot my BMH Patient Portal Account username or password?
- Visit the Patient Portal and click either “Forgot My Username” or “Forgot My Password” to reset.
