Effective Monday, June 3, 2024, the offices of Brattleboro Internal Medicine (BMI) and Brattleboro Family Medicine (BFM) will operate under the single practice name “Brattleboro Family Medicine.” BFM offices will be located in the Gannett Building (2nd Floor), 21 Belmont Ave., Brattleboro, VT 05301
