Community Health Needs Assessment
In order to fulfill its legal obligation as mandated by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH) is required to conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three years.
This structured CHNA process not only serves as an opportunity to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, but it also constitutes a means to engage communities in the BMH service area, partner with other providers, and learn more about the community health concerns and needs.
