Kidney Care and Transplant Services is a group of kidney doctors, transplant surgeons, advanced practitioners, and dedicated medical staff with offices throughout western New England.  In 2024, Kidney Care and Transplant Services opened an office at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in order to better serve patients in southern Vermont. Founded by the guiding principles of quality, innovation and leadership in an ever-changing healthcare environment, Kidney Care and Transplant Services offers hemodialysis vascular access care and venous access procedures, anemia management and infusion services, and kidney transplants.
